Event Rentals

Our Rotary and Dogwood Galleries are available for private functions ranging from wedding receptions and birthdays to corporate board meeting and Christmas parties. We have extensive space and some kitchen facilities. For more information, please contact us.

Non-Profit Discount

Are you or someone you know part of a non-profit that’s looking for venue space? We’re happy to announce that the Courtenay Museum is now offering special discounted rates for non-profit groups renting out our Rotary Gallery or Dogwood Gallery spaces.

Rental Details

  • There is free Parking behind the museum.
  • The museum does not supply tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, or tableware.
  • Renters are expected to clean up at the end of the event.
  • Rental of the lecture galleries does not automatically allow access to museum exhibition area.

For lectures, theatre style seating holds up to 60 persons.

Small kitchen area is available in the Rotary Gallery. Full size fridge, double sinks, microwave, 42 cup coffee maker, and an open window forms the perfect bar.
